ZINES n° 2-2021 – An International Journal on Amateur and DIY Media

This issue 2 of the research journal ZINES, the first of two special issues devoted to the study of feminist and queer fanzines from a global perspective, brings together international studies or testimonies on the question of gender, queer identities and their alternative realities as they appear in the amateur media that are zines.
The bodies of work presented here add, in their own way, something new to the history and narratives of women and LGBTQI+ people in contemporary societies.
